April 23, 2023 at 6:43 amMy mother ( who was on visit visa) gave a design from their own shop for a larger size bangle and they informed within 10 days it will be ready later they delayed it by 15 days only upon enquiring they informed. Very poor customer service. Making charge deliberately higher than market rate.
But the worst and poor service is VAT refund( tax free planet) they were supposed to upload the PDF copy of the bill ( despite constant reminders, sms sent by VAT refund Tax free planet) Azyan GOLD Al Nahda Dubai branch didnot do it. Now my mother was supposed to get AED159 while exiting which she will not get because the PDF copy was not uploaded by Azyan Gold & Diamond AlNahda Dubai branch located inside Nesto Supermarket Dubai.
Such irresponsible behaviour from the management and they need to pay us this AED 159. PLEASE DONT OPEN A BUSINESS IF YOU DONT HAVE PEOPLE TO MANAGE IT WELL. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR NOT PICKING UP CALLS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIGH MAKINH CHARGE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
