While placing an order for a bracelet, there was some technical glitch and Rahul from Dian Jewellers reached back to me and helping with placing the order alongwith discounts (the offer had already expired when i placed the order again but he helped me to retrieve the previous booking and applicable offer) to updating me with the status of my parcel, he followed up with it and kept me posted with all the updates. Five stars to him and his customer handling!

February 6, 2021 at 9:50 amI’m writing this review on behalf of a recent purchase from Dian Jewellers, they have amazing collection and I would like to mention with out fail that the kind of attention they gave to their customers requirements and understanding their need and catering to it is really appreciated. More over Rahul was constantly in touch with the courier partner to ensure it gets delivered as per the agreed time and date and the package also is so great in which the product arrived.
Overall I will say I’m a happy customer and definitely recommend to others with out hesitation. 👍🏼

Located in the middle of the Gold Souk in Dubai, the shop blends into the other stores but it’s a gem worth looking for. Established over 50 years ago, even before the UAE was formed, they have a rich heritage of jewelry design and manufacture that has been passed down generations.
How do I know all this? Because even though I’ve only been to the shop on 5 occasions, I met 2 generations of the family.
The staff were courteous and helpful not just in relation to their goods but with tips on getting around Dubai. One of them even helped me get a local price at another store in another Souk.
Some of the locals in the Gold Souk can be quite pushy but Dian Jewelry were always patient and accommodating.
I’ve bought several pieces of jewelry from them (including custom made pieces which turned out to be fantastic gifts) and they even fixed a gold chain gratis. The custom pieces turned out to be cheaper than their quoted price which was a pleasant surprise.
I’ve brought several friends to the shop and recommended them to many more. It’s on my must do list when I’m in Dubai even if I have no intention of buying anything because I’m always made to feel welcome there.
