Post order service: an absolute joke.
I had informed them ahead when I would come to pick up my order, gave my Emirates ID to prepare the invoice. Guess what 1) invoice wasn’t ready 2) one of the gentleman dropped the product before my eyes and used his SHIRT to clean the product. I heard the CRACK when he tried to put the plastic cover back and then he gave it to me! Unbelievable, AND the other gentleman was pressuring me to sign the receipt.
Prepare your own change or you better have plenty of time waiting for them to find 50 DHS change.
