Part of it was also because I was able to give her her dream ring and I couldn’t have done it without the help of Mike, from Fergus James. I had a wonderful experience working with him. With the advice and guidance of Fergus’s team (Mike), I was able to give my fiancé the ring of her dreams. The ring is superior in quality and the stone has no inclusions whatsoever, thanks to Mike in going the extra mile and spending days inspecting numerous stones to find the absolute purest one for the money.

May 25, 2023 at 5:40 amWhen I reached out to a friend of mine who recently married for advice on engagement rings and where to buy them, I was happy enough to use the same people he used given the success he had. However, he explained that although he purchased his engagement ring from another company, his experience of dealing with Fergus James afterwards when searching for wedding bands was second to none.
Therefore, he provided me with Fergus’ contact details and I can honestly say I have never been as impressed with a customer service. Given my lack of knowledge around the subject of diamonds regarding cuts, clarity, lab grown etc. Fergus was a gentleman in explaining these and providing me with a range of different diamonds to choose from. When Fergus unearthed that I had very little direction from hints of what my fiancé wanted, he asked me a variety of questions to hone in on the exact diamond that would be perfect for my now fiancé. Fergus’ knowledge was outstanding when provided with information such as how often other rings are worn and general styles to assist in informing my selection.
Given that I live in Abu Dhabi, Fergus was also top class in organising a DHL to have the ring delivered straight to my apartment and all payments were done electronically. Overall, Fergus removed any doubt or stress I had surrounding selecting a ring that would be perfect for fiancé and since our engagement she has been truly delighted with my choice. However, the assistance doesn’t end just there, even when I contacted Fergus to let him know that my fiancé has noticed a looseness in the fit, he has been brilliant in accommodating us and arranging another visit as soon as possible. He has a fantastic way of dealing with people, he operates efficiently to the highest degree of quality and his passion for his work shines through in how he assists his customers.
I have since recommended Fergus James to a few of my friends and in-laws who are currently on the hunt for engagement rings. I will certainly be remaining in contact with Fergus for wedding bands, special occasions and presents in the near future.
