I recently was in Amman for business travels and went out with a close friend to do some shopping and have some girl time. I was interested in purchasing something memorable, since I’ve had the best experiences in the UAE and Middle East each time I’ve gone. We walked into a small galleria where HibaJaber’s designs were on display. I was informed the rings were completely customizable and if I was interested, we could work on a design I liked. My preference was for the ones I saw in the jewel case. It was lovely, but it didn’t fit. I got the representative’s contact information, and woke up thinking about it the next day. Before leaving Amman, I called him back and received a secure link to pay for my purchase, and personalized care to ensure my rings were exactly what I wanted.

An email exchange began between the jeweler and myself. Images to select options, confirmation of every step, and extraordinary customer service, provided me comfort that I’d made a great selection. In two weeks time, my rings were securely shipped to me from Dubai, utilizing Fedex. Upon receipt, they were unfortunately too small. I immediately contacted the jeweler, was sent ring sizers to pick the right fit, and was also asked how I initially had decided on my size in order to rectify the problem internally as well. I was impressed. The value they provide is not only exhibited in the care I received, but also in acknowledging how they can improve as a business.

Sizers were sent. I met with a local jeweler to confirm I was picking the right “new” size, and I sent everything securely back. Within a week, the rings were updated and sent back to me. I received them yesterday. They fit beautifully and I love them. The customer service I experienced exceeds that of other huge jewelry retailers I’ve shopped at in the US. They were exceptional, and I cannot thank HibaJaber, Sahar from her team, and anyone else involved in helping make a treat I purchased for myself, that much sweeter.

I love this brand so much! The pieces are very unique, and I love the story behind each and every piece. I enjoyed the process of design from start to finish. The team was very friendly and professional, the details and suggestions they gave me along the way were helpful and were put on paper to help me imagine the finished piece. I loved the gift box and packaging, all done so perfectly and in a thoughtful way. First piece I ordered was a gift to someone dear to me, second one would be a gift for myself!
