Adding Passion To Indian Cuisine. Vineet Bhatia is widely regarded as the " face " of modern progressive Indian cuisine. He created history in 2001 by being the first Indian Chef -Patron to get the coveted Michelin star for his restaurant and yet again in 2009, as being the only Indian chef to have the coveted star for each of his restaurant in London and Geneva. In a consultative capacity, Vineet overlooks the in-flight food at Qatar Airways and at his restaurants in hotels around the world, most notably in Mauritius, Doha, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and back home in Mumbai.

      We dined at Indego when we last visited Dubai in 2019 as it was one of the restaurants included with the half board stay at Grosvenor House. The food was so incredible, we booked a table for our current visit though we were staying elsewhere. Oh my life, it once again did not disappoint. The staff are all so attentive and welcoming, it really is first class service. The food is out of this world. The combinations of flavours and textures the chefs create is so unique. Highly recommend the Chaat Trilogy as a starter – incredible. Our waiter offered a really personal service with recommendations on and off the menu. I would definitely encourage a visit to this restaurant!

      Amazing ambiance decor and artwork! Food is great! Appetizers are heavy…and filling …but amazing food and music! Breads were fresh, the main course was a pleasant surprise…although all of us were full…Very artistic, the peacock plates and Ganesh ji paintings are one of a kind! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻our host was great! We were a group of 10 people and out of which three were kids! We were there for our anniversary dinner….

      The pros : excellent food, tasteful and well presented. Traditional Indian dishes cooked to perfection
      The cons : very slow service, even on a quiet Sunday lunch

      I went there with my family. The restraunt scores high in all aspects of fine dining…food was well presented and delicious , service was top notch. Shoutout to noel who attended to us that evening. He is an asset to the restaurant. The kids particularly loved the chicken Biryani and makhni dal while we enjoyed malai broccoli . The complimentary bite sized dessert at the end was a pleasant surprise and tasted really good. Well done team indigo.. keep it up👍🏼👍🏼

      Such a great cuisine a d very tasty food. Just something extraordinary surprised – it is a service which is on superb level. Well done. All team of waiters are keeping an eyes on details and service. Small thing, just top up a glass of champagne and small complementary starter – made this place and made a great service feelings.
