June 27, 2022 at 7:52 amI would like to share my experience shopping at this Gold souq ext1 branch store- Deira waterfront properties Al Ras, Deira, which was indeed a very bad experience.
The first time I walked in the store to check a few items, I was entertained well by one of the staff persons. After checking a few items, then I went for dinner and came back.
I wanted to buy a necklace and a mangalsutra, but after dinner when I came back so I was served by the branch manager and supervisor, and both were very rude and had unprofessional behavior.
After finalizing the items to purchase as a customer it is my right to bargain for the best price, but I noticed that the Branch Manager and Supervisor were making fun of me because I requested them for more better/ good price by reducing the high making charges.
Making fun of the customer is very much disrespectful and it was very humiliating. I am a regular customer of Kalyan buying through the other branches, but I never came across such disrespectful staff.
Upon my several requests the Branch Manager refused to reduce any amount from the making charges but since I was short of time, so I bought it from there, otherwise outside other shops when I checked while going, I found that the making charges were quite less compared to Kalyan.
Indeed, it was a very bad experience for me, and I will never forget this experience and henceforth will avoid buying from Kalyan and would also not recommend anyone else by sharing with them my experience.
Also, I would suggest the Kalyan HR/ management to teach some manner and behavior to its sales staff dealing with customers.

Loved their bangle collections .
They have a variety of platinum rings and bracelets for men.
Staff was really cooperative.Loved the shopping experience
