After such a great transaction, I have opted to visit Dubai again and have the matching wedding band created by them! Raj has been professional, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. We were assigned Panky who noted all of our requests and helped bring to life a beautiful creation that is a simple elegant engagement ring with a 2.5 carat stone on top. The attention to detail is really world class, Panky’s recommendations were all on point and the ring was perfect (see photo). We returned for the wedding bands and he helped us engrave and resize them in less than 30 minutes. This is a luxurious experience from a team who dealt with us like family, absolutely recommended 👌🏼!!!

Didn’t rush us to make any decisions and showed us what we’d like to purchase and described the products clear and precisely. The range of diamonds the shop has to offer is outstanding and any future purchases I will be coming here! The rest of the staff at the shop was awesome also, offering us refreshments from coffee’s to soft drinks! Really pleasant experience and a happy customer!
