August 29, 2023 at 2:34 amWe went to Gold and Diamonds Park to find our wedding band. We went to two different shops before entering Monili. The first one we went was a very famous shop, and we felt like they just wanted us to buy and didn’t care at all (seller was on the phone during our whole conversation). When we went to Monili we were immediately welcomed by Rahul.
He was so helpful and understood immediately what we wanted. We never felt pushed to buy anything. We wanted to make a wedding band that fit my old engagement ring (bought from a different shop). He sent us different designs just to make sure it looked exactly the way we wanted. He was very patient through the whole process. When we agreed on the design, the ring was ready the next day.
When we received it, we were so happy, it looked perfect.
Thank you again Rahul for a great experience! We will be back again if we need anything else for sure.
