They help you with Quality (specially with Diamonds as they have everything in Stock!) and get you what you want (they can also put stones into rings, necklaces and so on within 30mins and redo white gold into yellow gold if you want to). You can also call or text them in advance to see what they have in stock if you are looking for something in particular! Also they offer the Tax Return for Tourists at the Airport, works perfectly every time! We shopped with Amrut this vacation twice (!), he is really friendly and patient and not too intrusive like the vendors in other stores.

At National, Preston greeted us with a huge smile & listened to what I wanted. At first, he said the shop didn’t have & as I was leaving disappointed, he called out saying he’ll cut a chain & make anklets for me. Their level of creativity far exceeded the other shops, who tried selling me something I did not want. My jewelry was ready within the hour. While the bill was being sorted, Preston ordered a delicious cup of lychee tea for my sister & I. The service, hospitality, & attentiveness to the customer’s needs are reasons I’d recommend this shop. Will be my go-to whenever I’m in Dubai. Thank you so much Preston, I LOVE MY ANKLETS!!!!! So beautiful & exactly what I was looking for.
