May 4, 2023 at 6:11 amAverage experience. Went for Dubai Restaurant Week. The view of the Burj was exceptional, we got the best window seat that made our experience amazing. Other than that, nothing special. The food is bland, you could get a better taste in other cheaper restaurants. The service was the downhill, hostess won’t even greet you and just direct you to the table without any smile. The waiters also are not so friendly. We even had a cutlery that’s not washed properly!
The hotel staffs are not even welcoming. When you don’t have a gucci or Chanel bag in hand, don’t expect to get decent service.
Waiting for the buggy also takes time which is irritating especially if you are in a rush. Good for one time experience but not going back.

The food is good and my Italian boyfriend thinks it’s nice as well, recommended for sure, the price for the food is for sure more expensive than the others but with the whole
View is worthy

August 25, 2023 at 6:24 amLovely meal. Food was off the charts amazing. Expensive but very much worth it. Even when two huge groups came in a few minutes after us the service was still top notch. Gorgeous views from anywhere in the restaurant, as well. Would definitely return.
