They don’t respect their customers and while doing purchase they will assure you that you can come and sell anytime without any charges etc. but when visited for selling gold their staff Mahmoud who is so arrogant and worst sales staff said did you ask us while buying that we will have cash or not. He just told we don’t have cash. I want to ask Why you opened this store if you don’t have cash better close and put a lock. He spoke in such a pathetic manner to a customer. I dare you will lose money if you want to return gold after buying from here. Better visit Jawhara, Kanz etc.

They have big branded jwellery name but they have not seen there staffs as there own fam, atleast show lil sympathy to your staff members even they have came with new hopes and dreams hold on there hands dont be so selfish about the income you get … in dubai cafeteria staffs are getting around 2000 beginning and here having good experienced then also offering 1500 shame on your management
