FYI, I was dealing with them for the past 6-7 years and i have never come up with such rude behavior from the sales person. I never visit them again and i wont recommend them to my friends and families.

Two Sales Men, I avoid mentioning their names here to show my courtesy, behaved very badly without showing even the basics of customer service behaviour, because of them, I have to undergo a lot of mental stress and last minute hassles. The timely intervention of the GM finally gave me some comfort and able to complete my jewellery purchase with a little bit of delay in service.
